Bonnay Studio is a small business based in Scotland making clothes and accessories to sell and also offering sewing, art and craft classes. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website www.bonnaystudio.co.uk. By using our website, www.bonnaystudio.co.uk, you are accepting these terms and conditions, along with Bonnay Studio Privacy Policy in full.

We respect your privacy and will never sell your personal information.

Photographs & Artwork

We often take photographs and videos during all our classes, workshops and retreats. We may use these on our website, on our social media, https://www.facebook.com/bonnay.studio/, Instagram @bonnay.studio, and in promotional material. We also take photographs of craft/sewing work that is created during classes. By agreeing to these T’s & C’s you are hereby consenting that we are able to use these materials on the media forms stated above. If you would prefer for us not to use these materials you must inform Bonnay Studio using the contact information below.

Payments & Cancellations

All classes, workshops and retreats must be paid in full on the day of booking.

All prices are inclusive of VAT.

If you wish to cancel your booking for any reason we will refund you if you cancel within 48 hours of booking. After this, bookings are non refundable. We may be able to transfer your booking to an alternative date / time of the same value if there is availability.

Bonnay Studio reserve the right to cancel or postpone any class or event due to extreme circumstances out with our control eg. extreme weather, illness or lack of numbers booked onto the class. In the event that a class is cancelled, you may choose to either transfer the booking to an alternative date, or to receive a full refund.

Product Returns

You may exchange a physical product (e.g. hair accessory / clothing) within 28 days of receiving the item. Refunds are not accepted.

Returns should be sent to the contact address below. Buyer must pay return postage. Bonnay Studio will pay the postage on the item exchanged in place of the initial product.
